Booking Policies

1. Please come with your hair washed and blow dried. And be prepared to send me a picture of your hair so I can see what I am working with, to make sure you can or can't get the style you are looking at.
2.  If you want any service that requires boho hair and would like me to supply it, please be mindful that it must be ordered in advance and may take 3–5 business days to arrive. An additional fee will be added to cover the cost of the boho hair. Please consider this when booking your appointment.
3. If you are 15 mins late you will be charged 15$ late fee. 

4. After the 15 mins and the late fee. Your appointment will be cancelled.  

5. After 48 hours there will be no refund. 

6. Travel fee: $25.00

7. Please be prepared to send what color braiding hair you need. I supply color 1,1b, 2, 4. I will contact you 24 hours before service to make sure everything is right.  
8. Any child service, a parent is REQUIRED to stay for the appointment if traveling to me.
10. A deposit fee is NONREFUNDABLE! It’s up to my discretion if the fee with me refunded to you. It is to secure your spot and if you decide to no call no show you wont be able to book again.

A list of hair colors I provide: 1,1B, 2,4 ( please contact me with which color you would like. if there is a color that isn’t seen that you would like please just let me know).
If you want to change your color please let me know a week in advance.
Keeping your hair moisturized with braids is still very important. If you can’t physically wash your hair while having the style in, I recommend using a spray leave-in-conditioner. Washing hair should be done weekly. Finding the right oils and moisturizer is very important for health of hair.
Taking care of your hair at night is very important. Sleeping with a silk scarf or a silk bonnet. Also having a silk pillow case will help keep the bonnets on at night, helping from them slipping off when you are sleeping.
Hair Care: To keep your hair and scalp healthy after braiding , you should be washing hair regularly and moisturizing. Please DO NOT let your braids sit for too long. Getting your hair done from 6-8 weeks is recommended.
